15 photos of Building Landscape Stairs is one of the things my hubby has expressed almost no fascination with. He just won’t understand why we dump money into making the yard something aside from just what it already is. With a river behind home he feels it is our duty permit nature take control and protect itself. Let the land lie because it will is his yard maintenance motto.
I however, don’t notice the same way. As he tackled the interior of home once we moved in I began on the exterior. The first thing I did was eliminate the ant infested railroad tie border that has been a make shift plants and pull everything that has been planted out. The people before us had tiny "gardens" all over the yard. It was feasible for me to take out them. I knew it needed an updated badly and I was the woman for the position.
The river bank was full of overgrown seedling trees and nastiness. In cleaning the area up by the river bank my main goal would have been to utilize what existed up to we will. I wanted to maintain the more expensive scale trees and new tree rise in place. A natural environment is but one that can protect the lender area from eroding much better than any synthetic wall plus it look completely better. In managing the erosion that can naturally happen we began taking boulders that were in regards to the yard and placing them around the side of the river. In doing this these are molding the soil around them and holding it in position.

The house a lot of areas of blandness. The garage lacked any type of bushes or shrubs to balance and hide the brick that formed the inspiration. In order to create spaces which might be visually intriquing, notable and had balance I choose to plant alternating green and purple flowering bushes. They really made the garage blend in the house and not look so separate.
Now that this garage and river banks were looked after there was to think in regards to the front and yard landscaping. I was sure I wanted items in the backyard that were irregular and not formed in shape. I like a bit with the fantasy, flowing look in terms of plants and shrubs. I immediately gravitated towards a border that incorporated multi-leveled logs standing vertically. This really ties in the natural portion of the river. I then choose some large landscape boulders make them in various places from the bed to tie in with all the river side of your home. Shrubs were planted that were free forming and daisies were added for color and ground pay for filler and the backyard was completed.
The yard was simple. I took the rock element and carried it into a fire pit arena. It proved beautifully and allowed us to do away with all the three flower beds that ultimately eliminated any space for the kids to learn from the boundaries with the yard. I added several benches made from wood around by the river and fire pit as accents. It is a very cozy Building Landscape Stairs design.
To add some fun and flair towards the landscaping I place tiki torches throughout the deck area in the summer and solar ground lights in the path towards the fire pit. It adds some metal in the Building Landscape Stairs design breaking up the green around us. It has grown on my hubby because summer’s progress and he has even taken to some landscaping on his own with all the installing of a boat ramp that blends naturally in the river. That is truly is contribution as I still find myself mowing and weeding the yard every weekend while he tends a hearth and jumps in the boat for many river time.
